      It was for all the people that want not only a fine chain but a decidedly lightweight and fine link chain that we added this aluminium version to our assortment. You can’t really find a lighter weight chain! Aluminium is well known for being a somewhat soft metal, which accounts for the lack of real strength and stability in this chain. It is basically a decorative chain for which there are no actual bearing capacity stipulations. The individual links are not welded – they can be bent open and closed as you like for hanging purposes or to connect one end with the other.
