The intended use of Prestik joining compound is for sealing openings (e.g. pipe penetration seals) which are not exposed to constant water influence or direct sunlight. Because this material is somewhat sticky and will not harden as long is it is not directly exposed to weathering, it can be used in much the same manner as BOSTIK BLU TACK.
