The Sminx Multi-Band Extra Long Modulor Edition is a length-adjustable lanyard that lets you carry your smartphone, keys, and other small items close to your body and within easy reach. Whether you’re out cycling, at a festival, shopping, or going about your daily work routine: Instead of constantly holding your smartphone in your hand or searching for it in your pocket, you can attach it directly to the strap using the appropriate accessories. The extra-long version can be worn both across your upper body and in front of your chest, and offers enough slack to wear the strap over a jacket or coat.
The braided textile cord has a diameter of 6 mm and is equipped with metal connectors. Using the length adjuster, you can customize the carrying position to fit your height and needs. The strap is water-repellent, washable, and vegan. What makes the Multi-Band special is its modular design. With the Sminx Phone Adapter (sold separately), the lanyard becomes a phone strap. With additional accessories such as key rings, carabiners, or clips, you can also use the lanyard for keys, small zippered pouches, neck pouches, or pen holders.
Sminx straps are handmade in Berlin in collaboration with a social enterprise. Because production is largely manual, minor variations in workmanship may occur, such as indentations on the metal connectors. These do not affect the strap’s functionality.
