The Staedtler Pigment Calligraphy Pen set contains very high-quality fiber-tip pens with a calligraphic tip in different colors - specially designed for creative lettering and artistic applications. The pens are filled with the so-called Multi-Ink ink, a water-based, pigmented drawing ink that combines several advantages: it is highly lightfast and dries quickly, the application is water-resistant and of exceptional color brilliance. The tip of the pen produces lines with a width of approx. 2.0 mm
You can use these properties to create calligraphic lettering, lettering designs or mixed media techniques, for example: First draw outlines or lettering, then - once the ink has dried - apply additional colors or add backgrounds without smudging the lines. The pens can also be used on a wide variety of surfaces (artist paper, cardboard, wood, canvas).
