With the holistic appointment calendar Ein guter Plan Pro Zeitlos (undated), good things should become a habit and reflection a routine. You'll find plenty of space for your tasks, notes and goals. The Pro version is more robust and compact than Ein guter Plan and still offers you more space for appointments and tasks.
When you open the weekly section of Ein guter Plan Pro Zeitlos, you will first find the weekly view on a double page. It is laid out vertically with an hourly grid (except Saturday and Sunday). The mindfulness traffic light gives you a quick overview of important factors such as sleep, mood and social contacts. Quotes and hours of sunshine round off the view.
The following double page shows the weekly overview. On the left, you have plenty of space without lines for thoughts, notes and sketches. Below this, under the heading "Gratitude", you formulate your appreciation for the good things in your life. Next to it, you'll find mindfulness tips and can learn about mental health and burnout prevention. On the right-hand, dotted page, you define the focus of the week, plan your to-dos and prioritize them using the 1-2-3 technique: After "1" you write down the most important task. After "2" come the two tasks that are also important but do not have the highest priority. After "3", write three smaller tasks that you also want to complete.
A diary that accompanies you day by day is also good for reflecting and planning. We don't grow from our experiences, but only by reflecting on them. You can therefore write down what has happened and what your mental state is like once a month on the left-hand side at the back of the calendar. Then plan the next month on the opposite right-hand page and track good habits.
The life planner familiar from other editions of A Good Plan is not available in A Good Plan Pro Timeless, but you do get the 53 worksheets as a free download. You can use them to find approaches or answers to big questions in life: What are your needs? What makes you happy? How can you take better care of yourself? Find all this out without having to carry these techniques around with you all the time.
A good plan is bound in a German family business and printed exclusively on recycled paper (Blue Angel). The printing inks are made from vegetable oil and are free from mineral oil. The CO₂ emissions of production have been calculated and corresponding climate protection contributions have been made. Overproduction is avoided from the outset so that no book ends up in the bin. And no plastic film either, as the books are never shrink-wrapped.
