How do I request an individual offer?
You can easily use the Inquiry Form to send your request. The form can be accessed on each product page by clicking the button “interested in large quantities”.
What information should be provided in my inquiry?
In order to prepare an offer for you we will minimally need the following information:
1. Article number and/or the exact description of the desired product including size and colour
2. The desired quantity of the article
3. First name/Last name
4. Country of delivery
Supplying further information like the billing and delivery address or other explanatory remarks enables us to more quickly process your request.
The article I want is not in stock (or not enough for my order). Is it still worth it to make an inquiry?
If interested in smaller amounts please utilize the opportunity of being notified about newly arriving goods by email. You can sign up for a notification ee directly on each product page by selecting the desired article and clicking on the button “set up notification”.

Do I get a discount on my order?
Regardless of whether you order as a business customer, private customer or for a university, school or other institution: If you are interested in ordering large quantities we will gladly check as quickly as possible whether an individual offer can be made. Please understand that we do not offer flat-rate discounts.
If you are a retailer running a local retail store in Europe and you are ordering regularly from us you receive special benefits. What is the minimum quantity necessary for receiving a discount on the unit price?
Unfortunately no generally valid quantity can be given. We offer many articles as discounted packaging units (PU). If you are uncertain, you can always send us your inquiry with the help of our contact form that can be accessed directly on each product page.

What is the delivery time for larger orders?
In the case of goods in stock, delivery time within Germany will usually be from 2 to 5 workdays following the receipt of the order. In any case, we will notify you in advance about the prospective delivery time for your requested order.
If you are in a hurry, we also offer express delivery arriving the next workday or partial deliveries.
In cases of very large amounts of a particular article we may need to re-order it or have it manufactured by our suppliers. Unfortunately no general rule can apply to its delivery. We therefore recommend that you provide the latest possible delivery date with your inquiry.
Where can my order be sent?
We will gladly deliver to any address within Europe.
I need the corresponding data sheets for a product. Can I get these from Modulor?
For many articles the corresponding data sheets can be accessed directly on the product page and are ready for downloading. On the relevant product page click on the “Downloads” tab to see all the available data sheets.

Does Modulor provide samples of materials?
We carry samples for many articles and ship them gladly in advance of an order. Please note, however, that not all articles can be sampled. If we make an exception and agree to provide samples of such articles we will have to charge an extra fee. Let us know by email which samples you are interested in and we will gladly check out whether it is possible to comply with your request.
