- Description
The Ohto Horizon ballpoint pen stands out with its distinctively shaped aluminum barrel: It starts with a round cross-section at the tip and smoothly transitions into a hexagonal shape in the grip area. With the push mechanism, you can easily and precisely retract the lead tip into the barrel. The lead can be replaced via the screw-off barrel tip.
With the needlepoint tip and the Ohto "Soft-Ink", the Horizon ballpoint pen not only writes particularly finely, but also very softly and evenly. You can also use it for delicate drawings without anything smudging. Despite its fineness, the tip, which is made from one piece and has no plastic adapter, does not bend even when pressed down hard.
Founded in 1929, Ohto is one of Japan's oldest pen manufacturers. At the latest with the development of the first rollerball pen in 1964, the Tokyo-based company has become known worldwide for its innovative and high-quality writing instruments.
